By accessing and using Kimi K2 Thinking, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Kimi K2 Thinking provides an AI-powered coding assistant interface powered by the Kimi k2 model. We offer this service on a pay-as-you-go basis via Day Passes and Query Packs.

3. Payments and Refunds

• No Auto-Renewal: Our Day Pass is a one-time purchase. We do not store your payment method for recurring billing.
• Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our service (API consumption), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for Day Passes or used Query Packs unless required by law.
• Credits: "Query Pack" credits do not expire but are non-transferable and have no cash value.

4. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to misuse our service. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Using automated scripts to scrape or flood our API ("Fair Usage Policy" applies).
• Reverse engineering our application.
• Sharing your account credentials with others.

5. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is." While Kimi K2 is a powerful model, AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for verifying any code or information generated by the service before using it in production environments.
